Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using avto10.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use avto10.com.

2. Accounts and Roles

You can use avto10.com as a buyer, seller, renter, parts seller, or mechanic, and one account may hold more than one role. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. avto10 Is a Marketplace

avto10.com connects buyers, sellers, renters, parts sellers, and mechanics. avto10 is not a party to car sales, car rentals, mechanic services, or Auto Parts sales between users. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee any vehicle, part, or service listed on the Service. You deal with other users at your own risk, and any agreement you make with another user is between you and that user.

4. Listings and Content

Listings and other content you post must be accurate and lawful. You must own, or have permission to use, the photos and other content you upload. By posting content, you grant avto10 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and reproduce it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. We may remove any content or listing at any time, for example if we believe it violates these Terms.

5. Mechanics

Mechanic profiles are reviewed and approved by avto10 before they appear publicly. Approval means we checked basic business details, such as the phone number and address. It is not a guarantee of a mechanic's work quality, licensing, or pricing. You are responsible for choosing a mechanic and agreeing on the work and price with them.

6. Car Rentals

A rental agreement is between the car's owner and the renter. Renters must hold a valid driver's license and meet any minimum age the owner sets. Insurance coverage and the condition of the vehicle are the responsibility of the owner and the renter, not avto10.

A booking made on avto10.com is a request that the owner reviews and confirms. You pay the owner directly, usually at pickup, and any security deposit is arranged directly with the owner.

7. Accessories Sold by avto10

Unlike the rest of the marketplace, avto10 is the seller of the products in the Accessories catalog. When you place an Accessories order, we receive your order details and contact you to confirm it, including payment and delivery. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change until your order is confirmed.

If there is a problem with your Accessories order, contact us at info@avto10.com and we will work with you to resolve it.

8. Payments

avto10.com does not currently process payments online. Payments for car sales, rentals, mechanic services, and Auto Parts are arranged directly between the users involved, and payment for Accessories orders is arranged when we contact you to confirm the order. We do not collect or store payment card or bank account details on avto10.com. If we introduce online payments, they will be handled by a third-party payment processor, and we will update these Terms.

9. Fees

Creating listings and using the marketplace is currently free. Listing promotions are free during our launch; the prices shown on the Promotions page are their regular prices. Promotions and other optional features may become paid in the future. We will give advance notice before any fee takes effect, and fees will not apply retroactively.

10. AI Features

AI Mechanic and AI Search provide general information only. They are not a professional diagnosis or vehicle inspection, and their results may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always confirm with a qualified mechanic before acting on them. For any safety-related issue, such as problems with brakes or steering, warning lights, smoke, or fluid leaks, stop driving and seek professional help.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• commit fraud or post fake or misleading listings;
• send spam;
• harass or threaten other users;
• scrape or collect data from the Service by automated means;
• attempt to bypass mechanic approval, security measures, or access controls; or
• misuse other users' contact information, including using it for anything other than the transaction it was shared for.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, avto10 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or from any transaction between users. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

13. Termination

We may suspend or close your account, or remove your listings, if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm other users or avto10. You may stop using the Service at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
